Welcome to LVN Wellness. By booking and using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless and professional experience for both clients and our specialists.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through LVN Wellness’s official booking channels (e.g., WhatsApp, website, phone, or email).

  • A secure payment link will be sent to the client’s provided email address. Appointments are only confirmed upon receipt of full upfront payment.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal and contact information, including a valid email address for receiving booking details and payment links.

  • LVN Wellness reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on therapist availability or operational needs.

 

2. Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge if done at least two (2) hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than two (2) hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the booked service fee.

  • No-shows or failure to notify LVN Wellness of a cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

  • Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically deducted from the client’s registered payment method, credit/service balance, or must be settled before any future bookings.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • 100% upfront payment is required to confirm all bookings. No appointment will be secured without payment.

  • A secure payment link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards and other approved digital payment platforms.

  • Any outstanding balance from previous appointments must be cleared before a new booking can be made.

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, LVN Wellness will honour any paid but unserviced bookings made prior to a price change, ensuring clients receive the originally booked service without additional charges.

 

4. Service Policy

  • LVN Wellness delivers premium Massage and Pilates services at the client’s home or designated location.

  • All specialists are qualified and certified, with continuous training to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care.

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and private environment, including adequate space and ventilation.

  • Therapists reserve the right to decline or terminate service if the environment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unsanitary.

 

5. Client Conduct

  • Clients must treat all LVN Wellness staff with respect and professionalism.

  • Any misconduct, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical harm, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or threats, will result in immediate session termination.

  • In such cases, the client forfeits any fees paid, and no refunds will be issued.

  • LVN Wellness reserves the right to refuse future services to clients who violate this policy.

 

6. Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

  • LVN Wellness is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery.

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties unless required by law or with the client’s written consent.

  • Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

 

7. Health & Liability Disclaimer

  • LVN Wellness services are intended to promote relaxation, wellness, and fitness, and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Clients are required to complete a Health & Wellness Questionnaire before their first appointment. This form is completed once and remains valid unless the client's health status changes.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform LVN Wellness of any changes, including:

    • Allergies (e.g., nuts, essential oils, latex)

    • Skin conditions (e.g., eczema, acne, psoriasis)

    • Pregnancy

    • Recent surgeries or injuries

  • Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date health information may result in adverse effects. In such cases, LVN Wellness will not be liable for any injuries, complications, or health-related outcomes.

  • If the client does not complete the Health & Wellness Questionnaire or fails to disclose important health details, LVN Wellness and its staff are not responsible for any resulting consequences.

  • Therapists reserve the right to decline or adjust treatments if any condition is believed to pose a health or safety risk.

 

8. Safety & Emergency Policy

  • In any emergency or if a situation becomes unsafe, therapists have the authority to terminate the session immediately.

  • Clients must ensure that pets or other individuals in the service area do not create a risk to the therapist's safety or interfere with the session.

  • Incidents involving threats, unsafe behaviour, or harm will be documented, reported, and may result in legal action or a ban from future bookings.

 

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Vouchers

  • Promotions and discounts are valid only within the specified timeframe and under the stated conditions.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed before their expiration date.

  • Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

 

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • LVN Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable, via email, WhatsApp, or the official LVN Wellness website.

  • Continued use of LVN Wellness services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
