1. Booking Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking channels.

• Clients will receive a confirmation of their appointment upon successful booking.

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided to receive appointment updates.

2. Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge for the booked service.

• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged to the client’s registered payment method or must be settled before any future bookings.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment must be completed before or at the time of service.

• We accept various forms of payment, cash, credit/debit cards and other approved digital payment methods.

• Any outstanding fees from previous bookings must be cleared before new appointments can be scheduled.

• Our specialists are highly trained and certified professionals who adhere to strict ethical and professional standards.

• Clients are expected to provide a safe and appropriate environment for services.

5. Client Conduct

• Clients must respect the privacy and professionalism of our specialists.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, will result in immediate service termination without a refund, and LVN Wellness reserves the right to refuse future services.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

• LVN Wellness is committed to maintaining client confidentiality.

• Personal information shared with us is protected and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• LVN Wellness is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries our services may aggravate.

• Before the session, clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or injuries.

• LVN Wellness specialists reserve the right to refuse service if they believe the session may harm the client’s health.

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• LVN Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

• Continued use of our services after an update constitutes agreement to the revised terms.​
